Nestled in a centuries-old olive grove in the heart of Valle D'Itria is a private paradise called Villa Eva.
Characteristic farmhouse in the Apulian countryside and equipped with all modern comforts, it is suitable for large families or groups of friends who want privacy and relaxation experiencing the authenticity typical of the local tradition.
Villa Eva offers a large private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, a living area, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue area.
Surrounded by nature it is characterized by relaxation areas with hammocks and corners for your aperitifs at sunset.
During your walks in the park you can pick figs, almonds, pears, medlars, walnuts, apricots and prickly pears to enjoy in the morning at breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

The house consists of 2 separate units with a separate entrance, capable of accommodating up to 10 people.
There are 5 bedrooms with air conditioning: 4 are double and one, also equipped with a small kitchenette, is twin with separate beds but can become a double if the guest wishes.
Each room has its own bathroom (4 showers and a bathtub) and 4 have private direct access to the park in order to guarantee total independence.
The living area has a spacious table where you can dine and a beautiful fireplace to use to heat the cooler evenings, while, for the warmer ones, the pergola illuminated by the moon and stars will be the perfect location to enjoy the barbecue.
The pool is equipped with sun loungers, loungers, armchairs and tables.
Pets are welcome.
Just 8 minutes from the "White City" and 15 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of the Alto Salento, including the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, it is also close to the most famous towns of Valle D'Itria such as Locorotondo, Alberobello, Cisternino and Martina Franca. Monopoli, Polignano a mare, Lecce and Matera are equally comfortable to reach and worth a visit.
We strongly suggest renting a car to visit the area in the best way.
