With its own microclimate enjoying maximum sunshine and cooling sea breezes, it's a magical little villa set in simply the best location in the lovely little village of Costa Merlata, with its own large enclosed grounds for privacy and safety. All within easy distance of Ostuni 'The White City", the olive groves, the villages on the coast and all historic Puglia has to offer only a short drive inland.

Costa Merlata is village of individual privately owned villas, located right on the coast of beautiful award winning beaches. Choosing the beach house gives you your own private access from your private terrace to the best of those beaches.

A short direct drive through olive groves is Ostuni 'The White City'. Both casual and fine dining available - choose from a fabulous selection Masseria, Osteria, Trattoria and Ristorante on the coast and inland. Or shop for locally caught seafood, locally grown fruit and vegetables and locally produced oils and wines and BBQ or gather around the fire pit table in the beach house grounds a few step off the beach and create your own magic.

Hire a boat or bikes nearby in Villanova. Historic Lecce, Alberobello, Matera, all within an hour or two
drive.

Particular area of interest please ask. Amusing children, try nearby Fasano Zoo Safari or waterparks.

However with the beautiful natural beach and clean sea at the foot of the terrace steps, you'll be tempted just to kick your shoes off and relax.
