Essentially stole my money. They said they would text a check-in code. They never did. I emailed the hotel directly a week in advance of my stay to ask for further details and to confirm that they had my correct contact info. No response. Expedia proved unhelpful in trying to get my money back. Disappointing, and costly, experience to say the least.
