「Great breakfast and beautiful surroundings. Cleaning was an issue as the hotel states “we clean when you want us to”, which means you need to request cleaning one day in advance. In practice cleaners would be overbooked and would not always turn up. The spa and pool was completely overcrowded in the weekends as the hotel does not seem to control how many guests they let in. 「Excellent access to the slopes, board/ski storage and the best sauna I've ever experienced. The room was of good quality but small for 3 people, cramped so be wary if you are booking this option with a bed sofa like in our case. The TV was really old and awkwardly positioned beside the bed, banged off it a few times getting in and out of bed. As in other scandinavian hotels we've visited the bed linen was 'noisy' and very soft pillows. Breakfast was excellent but there was zero interaction with...

「Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!」

Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum und 500 Meter von der Gondelbahn (der Weg zurück zum Hotel ist aufgrund der Hanglage etwas beschwerlich).」

「It was great. The Location is wonderfull and if you like small challinging trails you can Climb a little to get to their b & b if you don’t like to walk beside the street. The owners are the sweetest people and their breakfast is great. The room where you have breakfast is very cozy and Full with Nice local Art. It’s really a great place to stay 😃😃😃😃」
