「The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. The kids had a blast and when the baby got cranky, mom slept...

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms.
A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean.
Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」
