Nice basic accommodation. My only suggestion would be a motion sensing light for the covered patio. That would make the key box easier to find in the dark. Overall I was quite happy with the accommodations.

Property was exactly as described and was very clean. The owner was great with communication. The property had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is great and is only about a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the beach and the main part of town.

The stairs leading to the suite felt unsafe and there was no railing. For older customers this would be good to know. The suite itself was excellent but accessing it was not comfortable because I use a cane and it was very awkward getting my carry on suitcase down the stairs.

Great Location. Roomy! Close to everything and quiet

Its the perfect distance from Main st. Osoyoos where there is way more Hustle and Bustle, Its walking distance from all that but in a super quiet neighborhood. The owner was super nice and left everything to us . Easy parking , comfortable rooms . Would stay again for sure

Very clean place. Bed a little soft but that’s just our personal preference and squeaked a lot. Couldn’t roll over without it squeaking. We liked the amenities provided. Only recommendation would to have something to hang wet/damp bathing suits and towels on. Found the price a little steep since we found places after for the same price and the entire house. Only issue would be the dogs barking.

Nice basement suite

Suite was clean, living area and kitchen were nice, 2 bedroom option makes it good value for small family, especially if travelling with a pet. Host was excellent, parking is great, area is nice, and it was easy to get in and out. Ceiling height was a challenge for my tall husband, but not a problem if you're under 6 feet.

This place was clean and airy. The photos provided are accurate. We booked based on its excellent location and positive reviews. During our two night stay in late May, there was some serious road construction in the neighbourhood (not within the proprietor's control) which closed some roads, and meant we couldn't take advantage of its close proximity to Main Street (detour, didn't walk to town centre, etc). Hopefully this construction won't last all summer.

Clean and Simple

The daylight basement suite was airy and bright. Very clean and as advertised. I was engaged in a reunion so I really did not spend much time there other than to sleep and shave and shower.
