"Very poor service, I was travelling with foreign colleagues, front desk person Gajanand kept on insisting to show US visa of my colleagues instead of Indian visa, passport etc, clear lack of trained staff, no in room amenities provided unless asked, air conditions doesn’t work properly & breakfast spread has limited options & was in unhygienic condition. Definitely my first & last visit to this property, doesn’t live up to a standard of 3 star hotel."

"New property, much cleaner than expected for the location. Location is near to The Temple. Unprofessional staff, though we had prior booking, they told us they do not have a room!!! But managed to give one at the end. There was a birthday program in the parking area so cars has to be parked outside on the road.
