Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort

A lot of fundamental issues

There were a lot of issues with our stay here. Firstly, the hotel is not at the point listed on the map, but right on the opposite edge of the city about 6km away. On arrival, we were charged for our rooms as per their standard price, ignoring discounts applied through Hotels.com The beds are hard and uncomfortable. There are plug sockets hanging out of walls in rooms, crooked and not fully affixed shelves despite this being a new hotel. Also thee was construction noise throughout the day. On the plus side, they were very accommodating for early Checkin and the breakfast was good.
