"Evening staff was excellent. She had her hands full with non working TV’s due to an experimental TV situation the hotel was trying out nationwide, then Ants under our couch bed. She was so incredibly helpful, moved us as soon as we called, when we were willing to just spray them due to food under the couch that was missed during cleaning. The beds were comfy and the staff was great. I felt so bad for the evening clerks, but she had a great attitude and went above and beyond to make things better for us. Everything was out of her control, but she hit it head on without a complaint. The staff made our stay worth it."
