"Cleaner rooms"

"Booked a king was given a room with 2 full beds. When I called the front desk they told me they were overbooked and had nothing else available. The room was absolutely disgusting. Roaches on the bed, in the bathroom and all in the dresser drawers which were still filled with trash from where the from had not been properly cleaned. The iron was filled with roaches and the door was broken at the bottom. I couldn’t stay in the room and left, when brought to the attention of the front desk he could care less and was not apologetic at all. Will be reporting this hotel to DBPR along with all of the pictures taken of the room as the date of the last inspection on the room door show February of 2008. "

"While the staff were very nice, when I arrived to the room there was a noticeable smell. I believe it was coming from the carpet. It was a moldy, funk. When my brother got out of the shower and grabbed a towel, he found a pair of boxers in between the towels. Thankfully, there were other towels not touching the random boxers and we were only staying one night."

"The hotel was clean, staff were kind! Only negative was how long the elevators took and outdated tv’s but that’s not a big deal. Super comfortable beds. Would come back!"

"Entry to room is outside. Bed was new & comfortable, but bathroom very dated. Breakfast was very disappointing. No hot food. Just cereal & toast. We ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast!"
