"施設やアメニティーは新しいものばかりではありませんが、綺麗に保たれておりとても満足出来るものでした。水回りや布団等といった匂いや見た目が気になる箇所もとても清潔に保たれており、安心感を持って使うことが出来ました。部屋、ベランダ共に広々としており大勢で過ごすのに持ってこいです。特にBBQセットの隣には洗い場がそして大きなゴミ箱があり、またベランダから中に入るとすぐに台所、冷蔵庫、そして大きな食卓があるので非常に使い勝手が良いです。唯一気になったことは、ベランダの蚊取り線香が補充されていなかったことです。山に建てられているので、虫が多く特に夏場には蚊が多く発生します。そのためこちらの宿では、部屋やベランダに虫除けスプレーや殺虫剤があり、見つけ次第すぐに対処出来るようになっていますが、実際私は滞在中左足だけで5箇所も刺されてしまいました。すぐ近くに蚊取り線香を買いに行くのにも坂が急で難しいので事前に虫が多いことを伝えて頂けたら、こちらで必要十分以上の虫除け対策が出来るのでお知らせをお願いしたいのと、特に夏場は蚊取り線香の補充、もしくは予備の場所の追記を徹底して頂きたいと思います。"

"掃除が行き届いているという口コミがあったので決めましたが、部屋の隅にホコリがあり、掃除機を掛けようとしたら、掃除機のゴミパックが満杯で全く吸い込まない状態で、あの掃除機で掃除していたのではキレイになる訳がない状態。管理者に連絡してゴミパックを届けてもらって掃除しました。洗濯機も内部のゴミ取りがいっぱいでカビが生えていたので掃除して、洗濯機も漂白剤で洗浄してから使いました。テラスにあるソファーもシートを掛けてありましたが、中に落葉がいっぱいで布製で拭くこともできず汚かったです。お風呂場は木の桶や椅子で、汚くて使う気になれず、更に壁にキノコが生えていました。食器やキッチン用品は基本的に揃っていました。１２０インチプロジェクターはみんなで楽しむことが出来ました。大人８名で宿泊しましたが、寝る場所が狭すぎました。夜テラスで満天の星が見れて、流星もいくつも見れて皆感動しておりました。建物もかなり旧く、掃除も行き届いていないのに、今回の宿泊料金は高すぎると思いました。不満が多かったですが、楽しく４日間を過ごす事が出来ました。"

"7,5歳の子どもと4人家族で宿泊しました。海開きよりかなり早い宿泊でしたが海は気持ちよく、アクティビティも問題ありませんでした。施設は至れり尽くせりで、飲み物にほしい氷が揃っていたり、アイスが常備されてたり、花火用のライターが揃っていたり他の宿泊施設では不便を感じるような些細なところまで便利さが行き届いていました。来年も泊まりたいです。"
