まず、部屋がものすごく汚いです。シーツは洗濯してるとは思えないくらい髪の毛やゴミがついていて、床も同様です。鍵はありましたが受付に人はいません。誰でも鍵を持ってって複製でも何でもできます。立地は駅チカで良かったのですが周りの治安が悪すぎて、警察が来てました（笑）アメニティはもちろんすべてなくて、冷蔵庫は使えますが汚いし、キッチンは使えません、汚くて。トイレもシャワーも怖すぎて使ってないです

It was the worst hotel ever. The facility of it was awful. What makes matter worse, it was so darty, they should know to clearn the rooms.

非常特別的經驗

我訂了五天4夜的住宿，要入住時，但整棟樓一片漆黑，櫃台無人，卻把所有入住這幾天的所有房客清單和鑰匙放在櫃台上，一樓上到二樓的直線樓梯完全無燈，得摸黑上樓，二樓仍在整修中，因為全黑完全不知燈在何處，幸好手機有打燈效果，一看像廢墟，到三樓住宿的房間雙人房整個像是單人床加大，慘的是廁所竟然在二樓，卻沒有安裝電燈，人不生地不熟，又沒有人可詢問，嚇得我們馬上再上網訂別的飯店，立刻拖著行李離開。

目前感覺還在整修中，不適合入住，二樓洗手間沒電燈，廚房髒到不行，樓梯危險，房間沒有整理，覺得不宜住人

很糟糕，一開始說別人接手，但我們2/7去發現廚房都是灰塵外，洗手間燈泡也壞了，床單骯髒不宜入住，樓梯也很危險，沒有櫃台服務人員，鑰匙直接放櫃台，寫張字條，請我們自動，相當不開心的住宿

the place was entirely empty. All the doors was open, however, no one was there. We waited in the lobby for hours then found three people from Taiwan, who were in the same situation as ours. We called the phone number listed on Expedia and a former employee answered. The place was vacant for at least 2-3weeks. We were stranded on our first day ever in Japan (Dec31,2018). 史上最悪のホテル

何日も前からホテルに連絡しても一度も連絡とれず、折り返しも無し。 当日チェックインしようとしたらフロントには誰も居ずセルフチェックインとなってましたがホワイトボードに名前も無く、唯一鍵のついた部屋があったのでそこなのかなと思って中を見てみても布団がグチャグチャ、ゴミだらけ。 結局連絡がつかずチェックインもできませんでした。 その後、旅行会社と話をしたが中国人でほとんど話も通じず、未だ返金もされません。

全くの無駄足でした。交通費と時間を返して欲しいです。

当日はフロントに誰もおらずセルフチェックインと書かれた紙がありました。横のホワイトボードに名前と部屋番号が書いてありますとの案内の紙もありましたが自分の名前はなく、ホテルズドットコムに問い合わせてみましたがホテル側には電話は一切繋がらなかったようで結局宿泊できませんでした。他のお客さんも名前が無かったようで途方に暮れていました。宿泊施設として機能していないとしか見えませんでした。

extrêmement mauvaise, je n'ai pas séjourné à cet hôtel du au fait qu'il n'y avait jamais personne ce n'est juste qu'un squatte délabré extrêmement sale, draps souillés, les chambres sont de vrais poubelles, pas de clés c'est libre à tout vols, quartier chaud et sale avec rats dans les poubelles et furets, l'endroit fait peur, rien à voir avec les photos. remboursement obligé !!!!

Good Guest House but hard to find

It's good guest house but hard to find them as many people don't know about it and you have to be very smart. The staff was ok and can speak English well. If you really want help ask from your neighbor and they may help you a lot if they have come before you. We are helped and guided by Malaysian Guests sand Thailand guest. Both helped us a lot. Don't forget your Power plug converter as Japan uses 110.

더럽고 불쾌한 경험이었습니다.

추가로 받는 3천엔 청소비는 대체 어디에 이용을 하고 계신지 모르겠네요? (매우 비위생적입니다.) 그리고 관리인은 어디 계신건가요? 체크인은 늦은 시간이었으니 그렇다고 쳐도 체크아웃시 전화하니 또 부재중..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. 완전 이상한 게하였습니다. 다시는 이용 안할거 같구요. 화장실 청소 좀.. 하시는게 어떤지.. 하수구 냄새가 너무 많이나서 불쾌하기 짝이 없었습니다. 진심으로 말하건데... 비추입니다. 후회하십니다.. 그리고, 같은날 숙박한 중국인 여자4명.. 일본 문화 체험해보겠다며, 유카타 입고 그 불편한 나막쪼리 신고 발소리 크게 내면서 여기저기 돌아다니시는거 아닙니다. 심지어 밖에서 신었던 신발 벗지도 않고 거실이며 방이며 계단이며 막 돌아다니는거 보고 경악을 금치 못했습니다. 진짜 뭐 저런 인간들이 다 있나 싶네요.

Really BAD service !! 惡劣的服務！！

因航班時間於晚上10時到達日本，固需要延遲登記入住，起航前已多次發出電郵但沒有任何回覆。晚上12時到達Yuyuan，但沒有任何人在服務處，結果當晚沒有地方留宿，當時亦有另一位意大利旅客遇到相同情況。翌日早上終於找到服務員，服務員說因為過了9時登記入住時間，所以取消了我的房間預訂。怎麼付了款竟然可以取消我的預訂？ 民房大門沒有上鎖，外人可隨便進入，如房門也沒鎖，更可隨便給人開啟進入。 I had sent 3 email to this accommodation about I had to check in late around 12 midnight, but I had got no responses. When I arrived to Yuyuan at 12 midnight, I could find no one at recepition area. Then I have nowhere to stay in that night. Came back next day morning, found the receptionist finally. He said my booking was cancelled because I didn't check in before 9pm. Damn it!!!!! How come it could cancel my booking with full paid to Expedia. House door is not locked, outsiders can easily enter. If the room door did not lock too, stranger can enter easily.

住めばみやこかなぁ？

びっくりしました！こんなとこでねれるん？おふろないし、テレビないし、トイレ共同？値段がやすいのでしかたないけど、本当にかえろかとおもったけど、ほかがなかったん.ねました！でもねれたのにびっくりでした。異国の地にきてたみたいでした！外人ばっかやし笑
