Excellent hotel in all respects. Proximity of a hospital meant a few overnight ambulance sirens, but aside from that, it was a clean, comfortable stay with top-notch staff.

I stayed in this hotel for about a week. Its in a great location as the stations are nearby and can get you to the main spots in Osaka. The hotel staff are great and very helpful. Rooms are good too. Straightforward hotel.

Very reasonably priced. My room was small but clean with comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy walking distance from a few different metro lines. Close to shopping and variety of places to eat. A convenience store just outside the building. I'm a female solo traveler and felt safe walking to/from the hotel late in evening.

房間很乾淨，可惜衛生紙可能放太久了，後面的衛生紙有點狀況，晚上往公園走去找食物比較安靜與安全，往梅田逛則會經過一堆酒吧~

最初は、ちょっと駅から遠いかな？と思ったが慣れると普通だった。梅田からタクシーでもすぐ着きました。 商店街を抜けたところにあり、食事には困らなかったし、直ぐ側にコンビニもあり便利だった。

京セラドームでのライブ遠征で利用しました。 最寄りの駅が大阪梅田・天満・扇町と3つあるので個人的には便利でした！中崎町も徒歩圏内なので飲食店もたくさんあります！ 鍵がカードではなく普通の鍵だったり洗面の水道がお湯と水を混ぜるタイプだったりとクラシカルな部分はありましたが、お部屋は水周り含めとても綺麗でした。

駅から15分くらい歩くが、ホテルの周りは静かで良い。スタッフも感じよく朝食もブッフェスタイルで美味しいです。不満はありませんが、朝食には日替わりみたいなものもあると更に嬉しいかなと思う。

2度目の利用ですが、以前より朝食の内容も良くなった気がします。 大阪駅から徒歩15分くらいかかりますが、周りは静かでベットも良くよく眠れます。 部屋が少し狭いですが、内装もユニットバスも綺麗で値段も安くて気に入っています。

今回初めて利用しました。出張で2泊しました。梅田駅から徒歩圏内で便利な立地でした。施設は古い感じがしましたが、きちんと清掃されており不満はありません。部屋のトイレにウォシュレット機能が付いていますが、たまに準備中と表示され、ウォシュレット機能が使用できないことがありました。 朝食は種類が豊富で、かつ、豪華でした。特にステーキ肉が食べ応えもあり印象的でした。
