Staying at this house was amazing. The opportunity to live a real Japanese experience and learn a few new things at the same time. The house is very well equipped and was spacious for my family to stay in. The location was also very convenient regarding shops, restaurants and trains to access Kyoto and Osaka city.

We love Boro-ya so much! It has been an incredibly cozy stay. The air conditioners are fantastic and made a huge difference while trying to stay cool this September. It was very clean and welcoming, the location is very close to conscience stores and many local restaurants. Very limited sounds from the streets nearby. Oh and the water pressure is great. 10/10 will stay here again someday. ☺️🙏

Great stay

It’s good for a family trip, because there are enough beds/ futons. But kind far from Shinsaibashi ，Close to Tennoji station( one stop to Tennoji) Great value!
