Let our treehouse style villa nestled in a quite cove of off MM17 help you relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake of the Ozarks. A short drive to everything Osage Beach has to offer, yet far enough away to allow you that time to connect with family & friends. You'll feel right at home in our newly renovated and well stocked kitchen. We love the open layout that the unique design of the villa provides. Make this your Lake of the Ozarks vacation home for many years to come.

This charming treehouse style villa with open floorplan is warm and inviting, and is a place you'll be able to make lasting memories. The main floor features a spacious bedroom with king size bed and bathroom. The upstairs loft with queen bed and half bath has a small nook for kids to explore. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, full bath, and private deck to relax and overlook the cove. Located just steps away from the seasonal pool, the villa is on the 3rd tier of the property from the lake and private swim dock. Near the heart of Osage Beach yet that secluded feeling of a quiet lake adventure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. This place is quaint, clean, quiet and serene. The host was super helpful and accommodating. I even left my new back up iPhone there and they found it and shipped it back to me! That was a close one, whew. Thank you Dominic and Uma and your cleaners!We’re planning on staying here again for our next trip to the Ozarks.

Great place to relax.

The king size bed really needs replacing. Husband ended up on the couch. And the commodes could use higher size. Themostate seems to not hold a constant temp was cold and then very hot. Other than that was a very well stocked and very very clean. Would definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful! I am in an electric wheelchair and everything I needed was accessible. Dominic (owner) had an aluminum ramp to get the chair in the house. Very close to the pool, which we practically had to ourselves during the whole stay. The house is located close to Grocery stores and Restaurants. The best thing about this House is the excellent communication between the owner and myself. Defiantly going to stay again.

This three story villa was absolute perfection. It was clean, well stocked, and most importantly they allowed our fur babies. Very peaceful and very comfortable. 3 person parking and overlooking the lake. Thanks for everything!

Nice location with everything you need

We enjoyed staying here! The deck and grill were so nice to use for dinner. Very quiet (in April) but I’m sure a bit more noise during peak season times. Very pretty view. Nice appliances and all the supplies we needed!

Great location!

We had a great stay! The temperature had dipped down and it was chilly in the house. I texted the owner and they promptly adjusted the thermostat. Great location and very clean. Normal amenities for appliances, towels, etc. The unit could use some updating in comparison to what we have experienced with prior rentals. Some recliners or other comfortable seating is needed in the family room. The cabinets and toilets also need updating. Small round toilets just don't cut it anymore. Nice decking and grill. I would recommend.

Arrived to the villa to find it just as advertised. Everything was spotless and exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms, everything was perfect. Communication with owners was quick and concise. Could not be happier we booked this villa.

Easy Weekend Away

This is a nice property, perfect for meeting up with our daughter and fiancee from CoMO. Although it was chilly and we didn't try amenities like the pool, we enjoyed having a cozy fire both nights!

Cool space. Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very quiet. Exactly what we were hoping for. A bit of a hike to and from the water front, but wow, it’s really peaceful. Had a great time fishing. We were not in need of anything- either provided or Hyvee is like 5 minutes away.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay. The location is a short drive from everything which is a must if you’re bringing the kids. Property owners are very nice, quick to respond, and accommodating. I’ve stayed in many locations over the 14 years of coming there and this is in my top two without a doubt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
