We had the best time here for my bachelorette party! The space was super cute, clean, and had tons of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially loved the screened-in porch….it was the perfect hangout spot to enjoy nature without the bugs. The whole place felt peaceful and private, which made it extra special. Would definitely recommend for a girls’ getaway or group trip!

A Cut Above

We've stayed in quite a few rentals in Tan-Tar-A Estates and this one's a cut above. No, it doesn't have it's own swimming pool or elevator, but for a clean, well-appointed property with comfortable beds and nice decor at a reasonable price, you'll be happy here.

Our family of 14, ranging in age from 1to 80 years old, really enjoyed our time together at this home. There were several features in the house that made it good for a large group. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The main living area had enough seating for everyone during meals. The screened in porch on the main level was a great extension to the living area and it was lovely for enjoying the early morning coolness and the late evening. The community pool closest to the home was family oriented, and an easy walk from the house. We also enjoyed some of the amenities over at Margaritaville. The manager, Ben, was very responsive to our request for additional kitchen items and bedding for the babies. It was a wonderful weekend.

Family Vacation

We made the trip for our family vacation to spend time on the lake. The weather didn’t comply so we spent a lot of time in the house. It was perfect for our group of 12. The table was perfect for hours of card games and family fun. The check-in was smooth and the property was very clean. The location was close to many activities to keep us busy when the weather allowed.

Perfect Family Vaca

We (8 adults and 5 little boys) really enjoyed the screened in porch as well as the shared living space. The bedrooms with their private bathrooms met each family’s needs perfectly. Overall everything was great - clean and well maintained. We hope to come back!

Ozark home

Clean, spacious, quiet neighbors, walking distance to pool. Grill on deck with hottub, nice feature. Pool had warm water and plenty of seating. Close to restaurants, boating, and fishing spots.

Great family home!

We had a wonderful time! The house accommodated 10 of us very nicely. A short walk to the pool which the kids enjoyed! Home had most everything you needed Nice surprise to see there is a Keurig coffee maker. Since there were so many of us, we cooked a lot in the home. For the most part adequately equipped with the exception of sharp knives and enough silverware. Would be great for smaller groups. Overall a GREAT place to stay and easy to access most all of our activities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this home during our family reunion at the lake. The home was very clean and nicely updated with fresh furnishings and linens. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Ben was very responsive leading up to and during our stay.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 13. Each family had a bedroom/bathroom. The house has everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your meals. Bonus - pool is close and you have access to all of the amenities at Margaritaville.

Getaway

We had such a good time coming to visit. The house was exactly as listed. There was even a binder full of places to eat or visit since we have never been to the area before. The location was great and just a short drive to many attractions. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great girls trip!

This place was great for our girls trip! Lots of space for all of us gals! The hot tub was nice and relaxing even though we were only in it the first night. Kitchen was also very well equipped. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Helpful Manager

We arrived and the home was not ready so started out a bit frustrating. The manager was very helpful and apologetic. We had another issue, and again, the manager took care of it right away. The place was perfect for the family. We had a fabulous time. Even though there is an adult pool and a family pool, there were times that several older adult couples that were at the family pool and they were getting frustrated with the kids.

Great house for a family get away!

Our family of 10 found Tranquil Timbers to be perfect. Walking distance to pool was a big plus. Having 3 levels was great so that teens could have their space but main floor allowed for meals & games. Would book again in the future!
