The deck has seating areas and a gas grill for your use.
The private dock has two slips (no lifts) available for you to tie your boat up during your stay, sizes are 11’x25’ & 11’x32’. Please note we are on the main channel and it can be choppy, especially during summer months. Extra buoys are recommended and a rough water, four point tie up is recommended to secure your boat- do not rely on cleats.
The home is located on a dead-end private roadway. There is driveway parking to accommodate approximately 6 standard-size vehicles. RV parking can't be accommodated.
The home is equipped with exterior security cameras.
