Come relax and unwind at breakwater bay with one of the most unique units at the lake located right on the 22 mile marker. Great location, at a quiet family friendly complex! Offers the perfect oasis lounging by the lakeside pool, or on one of the many private decks in this property. This space functions more like a townhome with 2 floors. No one is above or below you. Bedrooms are tucked away on their own level with private ensuites and equipped with Smart TVs for all your streaming needs.

IMPORTANT: Breakwater Bay is a quiet, family oriented complex. Please book different accommodations if you plan to party loudly.

Master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and private bathroom with view of the water through the sliding glass doors that open to another deck to sit and enjoy the view and sounds of the water.

Guest Bedroom has an equally comfortable Queen bed and private bathroom and it's own view of the water and sliding glass door to the private deck.

The living room and dining room features vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to gather to plan the day or relax after fun on the water. The sofa turns into a queen size pull out for extra sleeping. Our favorite past time is sitting in the comfy chairs looking at the lake playing a wonderful game of chess or checkers. This unit will not disappoint if a rainy day strikes with plenty of card and board games on hand.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you would need to prepare a meal at home. Prefer single cup or pot of coffee? Here you can pick with a combo coffee maker that also supports K-cups. The dining room comfortably seats 4 at the round table but extra seating at the high top bar can seat 2 more.

Choose between the screened in porch or the outdoor decks where you can watch the boats flying past on the main channel.

A 10X24 boat slip is also included in this amazing property and you can view your boat comfortably from any of the decks. Don't have your own boat? No problem. Boat rentals are close by and we are just a quick drive from Margaritaville.

Pool, Tennis, Fishing:
Enjoy fishing from the docks, going to the pool located right on the water or play tennis at the tennis court located on property. Just bring your gear.

The Pool is typically open from Memorial Day till October 1st each year. If you are planning to stay close to those start and end dates don't hesitate to reach out and we are happy to let you know if the pool is open for swimming! If staying close to or over a holiday please also note that no fireworks are permitted on property. We appreciate our guests who help keep our community safe and enjoyable for many years to come.
