We had a fantastic trip, and the condo itself was lovely—very clean and exceptionally well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, and amenities. The kitchen setup was as good as we’ve ever experienced in a rental. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, which we truly appreciated.Unfortunately, the HOA rules were very strict and inflexible. We were informed that guests could not use the clubhouse unless an owner was present. Since our group consisted of 60 people across eight condos and we planned daily group dinners, not being able to use the clubhouse was disappointing. Additionally, with many children in our group, we were told sidewalk chalk could only be used by the dumpster, which felt unnecessarily limiting. While we loved the condo and the hosts, the restrictive HOA policies would prevent us from renting here again.

This place was very nice and Kelly was so easy to communicate with! Would stay here again for sure! I would suggest bringing a wagon if you use boat slip though as it is a long walk to it.

Girls Weekend

Our group of ladies all 50+ very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Definitely in our top 3 places we've stayed in 30+ years. Very roomy, clean and had everything we needed - Kelly even made sure we had a crock pot when I asked if there was one! Loved the location, convenience to the pool and elevator.
