Layout

Villa Baciola is a two-story farmhouse offering 100% privacy. The
ground floor features an open-plan kitchen with dining and sitting
areas, complemented by an ornamental fireplace, along with two bedrooms
(one with two single beds and one double) and a bathroom equipped with
both a bath and shower.
Upstairs, there is another open-plan kitchen with dining and sitting
areas and an ornamental fireplace, accompanied by three bedrooms (two
with double beds and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms-one
with a shower and another with a bath and shower.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Additional Information

The house heating is 40 Euros per day for the downstairs apartment, 40
Euros per day for the upstairs apartment and 80 Euros per day for the
whole villa , payable directly to the owner.
The tourist tax of 2 Euros per person per night applies for the first 6
nights of your stay. Children under 12 and individuals with
disabilities are exempt. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival,
directly to the property owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
