「We were hesitant to write a review of our experience staying in this hotel, however i feel this must be known for future guests if they are considering staying in this hotel. We were told on the day of arrival that they don't have hot water, and heating system has broken down. We were also told we were the only 2 guests in the hotel. The owner of the hotel replied he doesn't know when this will get fixed and most likely will be after we leave. We found it hard to believe, as a running business...

「Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war perfekt, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Sehr ruhig. Das Essen im Restaurant, insbesondere das Silvester Menü war hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem - wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. 」

「Excellent location - if you pack lightly. Luggage not hard to carry from train station to the hotel. Property itself is a cute boutique hotel with attention to detail in every corner. Has a pool! It has 2 Michelin recommended restaurants, great food. There’s an elevator to take your luggage to the room. Rooms are modern and spacious! Do day trip to triberg, another gem of a town!」
