Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem waren alle Familienmitglieder vollauf zufrieden!"

"The grounds are beautiful, pool is very nice. The place needed maintenance and cleaning. There was so many “things” (knick-knacks, old furniture,useless kitchen items)making it look quite messy. The driveway was very steep and extremely bumpy."

"Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, bietet aber alles, was man für ein paar Tage im Urlaub braucht! Da Premeno in den Bergen liegt, was es dort immer etwas kühler als direkt am See. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wohnung hat zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber sie war ursprünglich mal ein Gewölbekeller. Daher waren die Temperaturen auch bei 38° sehr erträglich! "Keurig modern appartement op 10 min lopen van centrum Arona. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prettig. Buiten zitten op balkon kan zowel in de zon als onder het zonnescherm. Parkeer ruimte is gratis en voldoende aanwezig, wij konden altijd direct voor de ingang parkeren. Wat ik miste waren bier en wijnglazen, maar goed nu hebben we de limonade glazen gebruikt. Prijs en kwaliteit van het appartement zijn volgens mijn mening in goede verhouding. Wij gaan elk jaar ergens anders op vakantie, maar...
