Relax into this tranquil escape. Large spacious living area with King beds in the front 2 rooms, a full in the back bedroom. Nice dining area and full kitchen. Each bedroom features a closet and comfy beds. The Houde has WiFi, laundry and designated parking for 2 -4 cars. We designed this home for comfort and relaxation and we hope you’ll enjoy your stay with us! Any questions just ask!

We had a nice stay overall. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the home was very well maintained in a great location for our needs.A couple of small things to note: the backyard didn’t have grass and was mostly weeds and dirt, which made it less suitable for our dog. Additionally, the house was quite cold when we first arrived since the heater hadn’t been turned on beforehand.Aside from those minor issues, we enjoyed our time there.

I had to message the host to get the code to get into the house. She did sent it just prior to the check in time, and I understand that they don't want people arriving early, but we didn't even get a message regarding how we would access the house. The house is larger than we needed for just the 2 of us and our dog, but I chose it for the pet friendly and the location. Bathrooms are fairly outdated, but we had most everything we needed (except a wine opener, which was frustrating). We had a lot of difficulty getting the TV to work. We needed to use our own cable to power the TV and then it took the first 2 days to get access to log on to Roku and Prime Video. This required several back and forth messages with the host. This should be something that is already logged in so this isn't needed for future guests. My husband and I came to celebrate my 60th birthday. I don't like to complain, but this was overall harder than it needed to be.

Nice and clean, great place!

It was very convenient and clean. Quiet neighborhood, would highly recommend it.(Except 1 night the keyless entry lock wouldn’t work (batteries were dead) I had to replace them at my expense. Also had to spend that night at my work because of the lock not working, nearby hotels were full, it was late and the host replied the next morning. I feel I should have been credited 1 night. Other than that the host was very accommodating, very nice.

Visiting family

We stayed in Anastasia's rental for a week while we were in Oroville. The rental was clean and comfortable and convenient for our purposes. We would stay there again the next time we are in town.

Great location, great space.

This space was set up very well, and is very comfortable to stay in. AC works great in both rooms. A nice long sitting area behind the couches provide ample room to sit and eat or work on your computer. Plenty of parking available and very close to all amenities. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely come back.

Clean and comfy!

My fiance and I had a great stay at Anastacia's place. It was really stylish and comfortable, well-stocked. Very quiet and peaceful. Bonus was that it's pet-friendly so we could bring our dog. I would stay here again and recommend!
