"Our room was very clean and the air conditioning works very well. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower was great as well. Unfortunately, there was no WIFI in the room. The reception gave us a password for the WIFI near the pool, but it didn't work at any time. Also, they don't provide any toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper and after that is over you have to buy. "

"Voyage de 11 jours avec ma famille, À notre arrivé il nous est demandé de contribuer à hauteur de 240€ pour les frais courant eau électricité … Sacha t que je viens de payer quand même plus de 2000€ pour 11 nuits ce que j’ai trouvé un peu abusé !!! La piscine ne se trouve pas dans le bâtiment de l’appartement juste pour info mais 2min à pied rien de bien méchant Un odeur dans l’appartement qui était désagréable. Le personnel très serviable et agréable rien à dire Lit pas très confortable...

"The listing is incorrect.. It does not mention that there is a downstairs apartment that shares the outside space and pool. I never book shared spaces so was surprised when another family arrived. Wi-Fi didn’t work either so this was not the best villa we’ve stayed in. At least Sardinia was a very nice to spend our holiday"

"Una settimana di vacanza meravigliosa....che dire una casa davvero ben posizionata nel cuore di orosei ...zona giorno ampia e comoda e poi un gioiello il giardino esterno dove si può cenare respirando l'aria del mare.....e poi LUCIANO, un padrone di casa davvero fantastico, sempre disponibile e capace di consigliarci al meglio su cosa fare e vedere in questo autentico paradiso....CONSIGLIATISSIMO!"

"The property is in a rural and private location. There is a nice patio with a well maintained pool overlooking a valley and the sea. The views are impressive. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Visitors should note that there is no a/c. This is usually fine, we had a few very hot days in August that made the nights uncomfortable. We bought some extra fans and it helped. Out of the owner's control - the road to the villa is unmade, so needs to be navigated carefully. It is...

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"No one was at hotel to check us in. We contacted cheaptickets, spoke to 3 different people. Unable to check in . Had to stsy at differt hotel. Despite this situation, cheaptickets refused to help us find a new hotel. They told us we must wait 72 hours. We asked what about tonight? They said sorry, your on your own. Will not use cheaptickets again. You lost a 20 year customer"
