Single villa surrounded by a park of about 800 square meters of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, a stone's throw from the sea.
The Villa is spread over one floor and consists of:
4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, one of which is a courtesy one,
kitchen equipped with microwave oven and dishwasher,
large living room with sofas, fireplace and TV, dining room,
Three bathrooms, one of which is external with washing machine. Wifi
The wide open spaces and a covered veranda furnished with a sitting area and table for banquets allow for a completely relaxing holiday.
Sea and fabulous sandy beach can be reached in two minutes.
Air conditioning, parking space, barbecue, 2 outdoor shower cubicles with hot water and an additional bathroom with access from the garden are characteristic elements of the structure, ideal for families with children and couples of all ages, for a holiday in complete comfort.

Fantastic holiday

Valeria’s lovely villa was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were great, really comfortable and we loved eating in the outdoor area. I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful stay, Thankyou Valeria!

Great house by the sea, only 100 metres walk to lovely beach.

The bungalow was well equipped and has a large terrace providing shade throughout the day. The garden is a good size providing privacy. The outside showers are very practical when returning from the beach. There are numerous small beaches all in walking distance. The only thing missing (accoding to the kids) was a wifi connection!

Grosses Haus, schöner umzäunter Garten mit Aussenduschen. Mein Hund war herzlich willkommen. Das Haus war in 5min Gehdistanz am Meer. 15min zu Fuss am Hundestrand. Gemütlich eingerichtet, schöne Küche, grosser Sitzplatz und sehr freundlich Gastgeberin, die immer sofort alle Fragen beantwortet hat. Wir waren mehr wie zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Villa für ruhige Ferien am Meer

Schöne gepflegte Villa nahe am Meer, nur ein Katzensprung über die Strasse. Wir waren zu fünft: Grosseltern, Eltern und ein Kind und hatten die Villa noch immer nicht ausgefüllt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett auch für Fragen und Anliegen immer gut zu erreichen. Check-in/ check-out war sehr einfach und ohne Probleme. Einzig die Küchenspüle war während des gesamten Aufenthalts verstopf und konnte nicht entstopft werden. Ein Sanitär konnte leider auch nicht aufgeboten werden. Der Geschirrspüler war aber top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Valeria

Schönes Haus, aber leider auch deutliche Mängel

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, umzäunt in einer Nebenstraße, nur ca. 100m von einem kleinen netten Sandstrand entfent. Das Haus ist geräumig. ABER: Leider gab es insbesondere was die Küche und deren Ausstattung angeht deutliche Defizite. Der im Inserat beschriebene Backofen (und Toaster) war nicht vorhanden. Da wir aufgrund von Allergien das Brot selber backen müssen,kontaktierten wir die Vermieterin mehrfach bzgl. des Ofens,die uns aber nicht half. Sie verwies uns an den Supermarkt und die Apotheke "zum Brot kaufen".Nach 1 Woche wurde uns ein "Sandwitchmaker" zugesandt. Der Kühlschrank war zwar groß,von 4 Fächern waren aber zwei kaputt, so dass dort nichts abgelegt werden konnte.Der Abfluss in der Küche funktionierte von Beginn an schlecht,nach 4 Tagen gar nicht mehr.Nach einigen Tagen kam ein Installateur ohne Erfolg.Das Wasser stand weiter im Waschbecken.Eine Nachfrage von Seiten der Vermieterin gab es nicht. Das WLAN ging ebenfalls nicht.Laut Vermieterin wären Arbeiten auf der Straße im Gange (NEIN!!) bzw.die Verbindung im August stets schlecht.Wir trafen privat eine andere Vermieterin,die uns innerhalb von 2Stunden einen tragbaren Backofen sowie ihren Router vorbeibrachte. Damit funktionierte Backen sowie WLAN tadellos. Das Ferienhaus war nicht so ausgestattet wie beschrieben, kaputte Geräte wurden nicht ersetzt und ein nicht funktionierendes WLAN war vorhanden.Der Vermieter kümmerte sich zu wenig bis gar nicht.Dafür war das Haus zu teuer und Ärger im Urlaub!!

Schöne Tage in Cala Liberotto

Wir waren Ende Mai 10 Tage in der Villa Paradiso. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Anreise und Check-In waren problemlos, der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria verlief ohne Probleme über Whatsapp. Das Thema Mülltrennung ist tatsächlich kompliziert und es waren einige Rückfragen notwendig, die prompt beantwortet wurden. Die Villa selbst verfügt über eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, angemessen große Schlafzimmer und ein relativ kleines Bad. Wunderschön ist die große Terrasse auf der wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, ein überdachter Abstellplatz (einparken erfordert etwas Übung) ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder nach Cala Liberotto kommen.

Die Unterkunft war schön und gross mit grossem Garten.

Das Haus hat genügend Platz und genug Zimmer um mit Teenagern bequem zu wohnen. Die Warmwasser Aussenduschen sind perfekt. Es hat 3 Badezimmer mit WC`s, somit wir alle am Abend genug Zeit hatten uns bereit zu machen. Es hat einen grossen Gartentisch an dem es sich gut frühstücken liess. Der Strand ist 2 Min. vom Haus entfernt. Er ist klein, aber sehr schön. In 10 Min. ist man bei Restaurants und dort gibt es auch einen Kiosk der frisches Brot verkauft. Im Oktober hat er allerdings nicht mehr sehr viel Auswahl, aber für Frühstück reicht es. Es hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant, allerdings auch teuer. Die anderen zwei in Gehweite sind nicht besonders. Alles in allem hatten wir einen gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das Wlan hat nicht immer funktioniert. Konnte aber immer wieder aktiviert werden. Valeria war immer sehr hilfsbereit auch wenn wir sie nie gesehen haben. Ein grosses Dankeschön an dich. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Jolanda mit Familie aus der Schweiz

Cosy villa, next to the sea

Cosy villa right next to crystal clear sea. Having the air conditioning in each room was great. Big garden and patio where to dine. The area is magnificent if you look for a retreat in a natural and not too busy/touristic place. The oasis of biderosa is just 15mins of bike away and it really deserves a visit. The host was careful and accommodating. I would return.

villa paradiso sehr schön und gut gelegen entfernung zum nächsten strand 1min wunderschöne grosse terrasse und super aussenduschen!!! trotz wenig schatten angenehme temperatur klimaanlage funktioniert top obwohl niemand vor ort war lief alles reibungslos und bei problem wurde schnell geholfen alles in allem waren es traumhafte ferien in der villa paradiso die ihrem namen alle ehre macht 👍😍

Magical Summer Getaway for all the family and all ages

My family and I had spent the most wonderful 16 days based in Cala Liberotto, a rustic, charming and uncomplicated small town boasting wonderful cafes, restaurants, gelaterias, bakery, butcher , beach supply store and bicycle hire and supermarket, with easy road access for day trips to the rest of Sardegna. Villa Paradiso was a comfortable home to stay at and just as Landlady Valaria describes, 50 meters from the beach! The sea is pristine and beach area well kept. House Manager Catarina was close by to provide assistance when needed.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, man ist in 1 min an einem kleinen Strand, der sehr schön und sauber ist. Das Haus hat zwei praktsiche Außenduschen, für Kinder sehr geeignet. Einziger Nachteil ist eine sehr unhöfliche Dame, die kein Wort Englisch spricht und bei der Abreise zu früh kam und dann sehr unfreundlich war.

Beautiful house 50-100m from the beach

The house is very cozy and practical. It is surrounded by a nice garden and has a large terrace with a lounge corner. Every room has air conditioning (very reasonable extra charge). Its position is unique : quiet neighbourhood, beautiful cala beach with pineta at 50m, shops, restaurants and bars at walking distance. Special thanks to Lady Caterina who was very kind and helpful.

Schöner Motorradurlaub

Schönes gepflegtes Haus in Strandnähe (5 Min Fussweg). Tolle Veranda auf der wir schöne Grill-Abende verbracht haben. Guter Service dank Catherina. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer nicht, und konnte auch während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. In den anderen Zimmern hat alles prima funktioniert. Die Küchenutensilien müssten mal wieder aufgefrischt werden, die Küchenmesser waren, wenn vorhanden stumpf. Schön wäre es auch wenn W-Lan eingerichtet werden würde. Ansonsten aber ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, Supermarkt ist fussläufig im naheliegenden Campingplatz erreichbar. Restaurants, Pizzerien ebenfalls rundum.

wunderschönes Häuschen mit tollen Außenduschen

Wir haben in der Villa Paradiso 10 tolle Tage mit unseren drei Kindern in den Pfingstferien verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Terrasse und zwei Warmwasser-Außenduschen, die mehr als praktisch sind, wenn man vom Strand nach Hause kommt. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist nur drei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Auch der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Signora Katharina. Ein winzig kleines Manko ist das Fehlen eines wlan. Aber damit hat man sich schnell arrangiert....:)
