「The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. 「The cottage was perfect for a weekend stay for my husband and I. We used this as a "baby moon" getaway before we are a family of 3. The short walk to the beach was perfect, even for a pregant momma. 「No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time.」

「We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!」
