Perfect for families or groups, this modern and renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. You'll love the convenience of being just minutes from the Walt Disney World Resorts and Sunset Walk. Enjoy access to a fantastic resort-style zero-entry pool right in the community, providing the perfect way to relax after a day of fun.



The Space:

This spacious townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating your group. On the first floor, you'll find a convenient master bedroom with a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures, and a welcoming living room perfect for relaxing. Upstairs on the second floor are two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also included.



Guest Access:

Your gate code provides access to the resort community, and your personal door code allows secure entry into the house itself.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally situated for your Central Florida adventures, this townhouse is located just 10 minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World Resorts. You'll find yourself right by US-192, a vibrant hub offering incredible convenience. This bustling stretch is home to a wide array of convenience stores, diverse restaurants, and all the grocery stores you could need. Plus, you can easily grab your morning pick-me-up at nearby coffee shops, including a brand-new Starbucks that just opened in the area, ensuring you're fueled for a day of fun!



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is incredibly tranquil, situated in a resort-style setting of townhouses. Parking spaces are conveniently located right in front of the property, offering enhanced comfort and security. Additionally, the clubhouse is just a stone's throw away, less than a block from the property.

- Guests are required to sign the short-term agreement, provide a valid identification and a credit card for the security deposit for this property.



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



- No Pets Allowed: For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including service animals.



- To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and events are not permitted; any breach of this condition will lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

Pros: very clean. 2 comfortable king beds in their own bedroom. well stocked kitchen. good location near everything. owner was very responsive. easy instructions left for wifi and checking out. good wifi. Cons: one of the master sinks had a clog and i had to purchase drano to improve it. perfect place for 2 couples with 2 king beds, close to everything, and clean.
