We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, tidy, and spacious—plenty of room for our larger family. The private pool was perfectly heated and clean, garage had games for our teens to play, and all the appliances were in great condition. The community felt secure, quiet, and relaxing, with great resort features like the community pool and arcade. It was also conveniently close to Disney. The owner was excellent to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

When we got there there were dirty dishes (utensils) so I had to rewash things so I felt comfortable using them. In the bathroom looks like they had had a water leak and the sheetrock and tape were hanging down. The property management company came and fixed it but they only removed the hanging sheetrock and within a day it was hanging again. They stated the pool was heated but it was not only the hot tub. The fence around the pool was hanging and broken where the pole went into the brick. The pictures also showed there was an air hockey table but there wasn't one. There was also broken picture frame and it took a long time for the hot water to come into the sink in the bathroom

The property is old and needs substantial work including a thorough cleaning as well as safety issue repairs. We were disappointed in the state of disrepairsThe carpets are filty, the pool area was overgrown with weeds that we actually hand picked out of bricks, and the fencing was in very poor condition The loungers are dry rotted , the pool area had no lighting in night, the bbq had one burner that barely worked and the extra charge was outrageous The laundry room was filty and the buildup of lint presents a fire hazard that made us very uncomfortable the handle on front door is very loose as well and the approach on the front entrance is overgrown The linens on the beds were paper thin, the vinyl couch peeling and the dining room chairs had uneven metal kegs that cause one of us to slip and almost fall The televisions are old and the tv in main level front bedroom did not work We would have requested a new unit but honestly we were beyond the bother and avoided being home Extremely disappointed The only reason I gave 1 star is because it was lowest I believe if owner took time to clean and touch up paint and fix the fixable it could be ok but honestly it left our group with a bad feelin about the area. The listing is not represented well in the photos in ad I do believe my stay warrants a response from Vrbo as we spent a substantial amount for rental and the value was very poor

Excellent place to stay

Really good place for vacation, stayed with family, 2 kids and they really enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the hot tub and room game. Really comfortable, clean, amazing and helpful staff in the gate. We really recommend it.

Beautiful home just a little too dirty

The home was beautiful the area is awesome…problem was walking in and seeing light switches dirty the towels smelled horrible the sheets on one of the kids bed had large yellow stain the pillows smelled there were no protective covers on the mattress or the pillows. Plus side pool and hot tub were clean

Disappointed on this particular stay

Overall the area was really nice, the house was a little outdated and bit run down. The trash situation was a bit difficult to figure out as there were no outdoor trash cans. Patio was not as expected also had a huge construction project as a backdrop. The kids had fun so I guess in the end is what matters.

The size of the house was great. Carpets needed to be cleaned. Pool and outdoor space was wonderful. The kids appreciated the air conditioning in the game room. Air hockey table was not there as it was in the pictures. Overall the house is in great location and we would rent it again. Johnny was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our concerns.

Deceptive Listing

We specifically chose this location due to the privacy of the backyard in the listing, as well as the hot tub and pool that was offered. When we arrived, there was hose running water into a pool that wasn't running. The debris on the top of the pool, as well as the worms and such at the bottom showed us this pool most likely hasn't been filtering for some time. The hot tub did not work at all. We reached out to the host. He indicated the 'pool guy' would be there soon. He didn't come out for two days. We also had a warm refrigerator when we arrived. We assumed this was due to it not being used, but the property manager indicated that it is constantly running and we must be wrong. It eventually lowered to the appropriate temperature after 6 hours. Every single room in this place has staining on the carpeting. It is evident there was a flood of some sort on the upstairs level due to the amount of staining. It is also evident the vents haven't been cleaned as there was caked dirt and debris on the vents. Two televisions that should have worked, didn't. Some things I could have overlooked since this is technically a 'rental' had the hot tub worked, the pool was working properly (the pump never worked either), or if there wasn't a giant new construction project looking right into the pool area. This was also not included in the pictures of the property. The host only cares about his bottom line, as his largest concern was how much money he made. I had to reach out to VRBO direct.

Family Vacation

We had a good stay at property. House was as described in listing and in reviews. Great location. Upon arrival at house we did encounter issues with air conditioning that leaked both into upstairs carpet in multiple rooms and dripped into master bathroom and closet on first floor. This didn’t stop until air finally broke completely. Response was good through VRBO app but not with property manager who was the recommended contact as he did not respond to any messages sent. It would have been beneficial for a daily update on status so we didn’t have to outreach so frequently. Someone was onsite every day of our stay to work through air conditioning issue but didn’t assist with cleaning up any of the soaking wet carpets until late in week (Thursday I believe) or ceiling water dripping which caused us to use multiple towels and extra laundry. There was a great community area that we utilized as well. Pool and hot tub were great as were the outdoor area around pool. Grill was not included in cost of rental (extra 65 per week) which we haven’t encountered this as an extra charge in our other VRBO rental but worth noting for others who may not realize it is separate charge. Our owner did allow us to use this without charge due to inconvenience of air/water issues. Overall the house and area were as expected. We just had unfortunate timing for air/water issues that created issues with our stay.

Adequate dwelling

The location was great for the Disney Parks. The host was good about responding. The house was adequate but very dated with stains on carpet. The hot tub wasn't really hot but the pool was clean. The sheets on the master were so worn out they wouldn't stay on the bed. No salt or pepper or any kind of basics. We were gone most of the day so it worked fine for us. There was a huge structure out the back window over the pool where an apartment complex had started and looked abandoned. But if you want a basic clean house this one works great.

We loved the locarion to all the Disney parks. The pool was a plus for family to visit, also so we didn't have to walk/drive to the resort pool with our little ones

Great location and communication!

Our stay at this house was very nice. The communication with Johnny was very quick and he was helpful with a couple of questions/issues we had. The house is VERY convenient to Disney locations. The pool at the clubhouse was perfect for an afternoon with the kids - it was clean, large and our 9 and 12 year olds loved the water slides! Johnny was very accommodating and allowed us to use the grill without a charge because the hot tub spa wasn't working. A couple of things I might suggest:1) The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/glasses although there were no spices/oils/pan spray/tin foil/bags. It would be helpful to have these basics.2) There was one hand towel for the kitchen, would recommend more.3) Carpets were quite stained, if you are a clean freak, this may not be the house for you. 4) Be sure to bring your own shower soap.5) ALL people coming into the development must be listed and have a pass (even visitors) so make sure to do in advance.Overall, would stay here again, but hopefully these tips help others to be prepared.

Great location

The pool was very nice! Johnny was awesome ,always responded quickly.The carpets had stains, kitchen had only one towel, no pot holders, no basics like salt,pepper, aluminum foil, toilet paper, paper towels, would have been nice to know in advance that it was not adequately supplied.Have stayed in many VRBO and never had this problem!Also quiet time was supposed to be I believe 10:00pm - 7:00am , on our last night neighbors playing very loud music and hollering from 10:00pm until 12:30 am!Noticed in reviews stains on carpets , so they do not clean them very often.Expected more for the price!Once again Johnny was AWESOME to work with!!

Nice home, close to Disney

Beautiful neighborhood and the house had the extra space we were looking for. House was as described in listing. We enjoyed the private pool and hot spa. The owner was responsive and quick to send the property manager to check on the hot spa when jets and pool lights not working fully. Only recommendations for an improved experience would be to provide additional personal items (toilet paper, basic kitchen spices, oil etc.) and for the BBQ to be included in the price (instead of extra charge). The hot spa jets lacked high pressure. Worked well for a day or two after pool guy came by but last night was low pressure again. Some additional lighting in the pool area would improve the atmosphere (string lights etc).

Very peaceful

Nice house near attractions

Overall a great property. Plenty of space and has everything you need to relax between trips to local attractions. Nice neighborhood and the community pool area was nice as well. We enjoyed the pool / hot tub at the house everyday.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay here. The property manager was lightning fast with responses to questions. Everything we needed was provided including little luxuries like little bar soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms, towels etc. It really felt like being home away from home. Very easy check-in. Highly recommend!
