It was a beautiful home. All areas were spacious and accommodated 8 people easily. Nice neighborhood. Liked that it was a gated community which added additional security. Quick and easy access to Disney parks, grocery, shopping. There were items; however, that I felt should had been addressed by property management before our arrival. The skillets, pots & pans were, for the most part, very badly scratched and terribly worn. Everything stuck. Food prep items (i.e. bowls) and utensils (i.e. can opener, spatulas/turners, etc) need replaced and replenished. Not enough or in bad shape. I actually bought bowls and utensils which I shouldn't have to do. Refrigerator ice machine was inoperable/broken and one side of the refrigerator doors was missing all shelving. Upon arrival, the pool was 15" low. Took four hours with garden hose to get it up to appropriate level which added 15" of cold water, as well. Upholstered chairs and carpeting need cleaned. Quite dirty. I may sound picky and critical; however, I don't know how the property management company could have overlooked these things. I contacted the homeowners and notified them of these items. They thanked me and said they would address them with the property management company. I believe they will and the next occupants will write a rave review. Honestly, I wouldn't have a problem coming back as I fully believe all of these items will be taken care of.
