Our unit was just as described (maybe even better in person). Great location to convention center and the resort amenities. Gary was very helpful and super responsive. All round great stay.

Fantastic Condo & Stay

Anyone considering this condo, we would highly recommend. Easy access when arriving, all information given by property manager was spot on. Found it to be spotlessly clean on entering, spacious and modern, the beds were really comfortable, plenty of towels, washer and dryer to keep on top of laundry. Everything you could wish for was provided. In a fantastic location for both Universal, Disney parks, also shopping malls. We did have a car, but found ubers to Icon Park on a night very cheap. The refurbished pool area is great and clean with comfortable sunbeds. Gary was great at responding to any questions we had and very good when going through the booking process. Would definitely return to this condo when visiting the Orlando area again.

Bargain for All You Receive

Spacious property with a large balcony - with porch furniture in great shape! Each room, particularly the kitchen, is organized for efficiency and comfort. Parking is very convenient and it is easy to load and unload baggage. Grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. Excellent communication from property management. Spotless. Lake has lots of bird life. Wonderful stay!

Quiet but close to the action

Vista Cay is a quiet resort but is close to everything. This was our second visit to Vista Cay. We were a family of 6 from ages 9-64. Our Daughter and grand kids wanted roller coasters and amusement Parks while my Wife & I like Sea World. No Problem Vista Cay is In the middle so we would drop them off enjoy Sea World then pick them up and decide were to eat. The Condo had everything you needed and was very roomy and comfortable. Gary was wonderful to deal with and when we arrived we found a greeting card and received a personal call to ensure that we had arrived safe and everything thing was as expected. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and I know my family will be planning on returning. The Thompson Family May 2023

The property has a pool within a walking distance, walking distance to the coffee shop, liquor store & grocery store. Disney parks are 15 minute drive. We loved it and we would stay there again. Property manager was checking in periodically and provided very useful information. Great job, well done!

Awesome for family or adult only

Condo was better than in the pics! Easy to find and parking was safe and abundant. Condo was super clean and reasonably well stocked. Bonus would be if beach towels and maybe 2 beach chairs weee available. We took a day and went to the beach rather spontaneously. Absolutely lovely balcony with the unit. Mattress in the second bedroom was quite saggy and needs replaced. Pool with the bar was wonderful! The pool deck could have been cleaner but nothing major. The property grounds were beautiful. Easy walk to stores and some cute little places (go get a cupcake by Walgreens). Easy drive to many places, but check where you’re going because I didn’t realize it was 40 min from Legoland which was our main attraction. Short drive away is ICON park which was so adorable and fun! I will definitely look for this place again if I’m in the area.

Excellent Stay

Location! Location! Location!! My family and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. Vista Cay is a beautiful resort with family friendly amenities. The condo was clean and well stocked for our vacation. The most notable thing about our stay was the location of the resort. It is literally close to everything you will need and want on a vacation. The management was superb in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay and things were to our satisfaction. I will definitely stay at Vista Cay in my future travels to the Orlando area.

Xmas get away

This was a great place and a great location. The condo was clean well appointed and under 10min to universal and sea world. We also went kayaking in under 25min and did day trips to both coasts. Groceries were a few minutes away and the grounds/pool allowed for nice walks etc. This is our second time in the complex and we would stay in the same place again.

Great condo

My husband and I took our kids to Universal Studios and this condo is conveniently located in close proximity. The amenities of the complex were nice as well, the kids enjoyed the large pool. This 3 bed 2 bath condo was a nice home away from home with all the basic necessities.
