Entrance/Great Room
Your tour begins in the graceful, high-ceilinged foyer, which leads to a inviting great room at the heart of the house. Unwind with your gang amid the comfy sofas, chairs, and big-screen TV—and soak in the effortless elegance and earthy tones of the Organic Modern décor.

Kitchen & Dining
Whip up good times and great food in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, which has a light, airy feel with beautiful stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom deep-blue cabinetry, and gleaming oak floors. Linger over breakfast or a snack at the roomy kitchen island, or set up the long dining table for a complete feast.

Arcade Room
If joysticks are your sporting gear of choice, the arcade room will be your personal paradise. In this super cool entertainment hub, you can take your pick of favorite arcade games, from Pac-Man to air hockey and even a classic smash-up racing game.

Pool & Patio

Themed Bedrooms
Best of all, this house has exactly what the kids and tweens have been dreaming about since the moment you said "We're going to Florida": three incredible themed bedrooms.

Upstairs, the first of two Memorable space-themed digs is the Galaxy Room, which will transport the kids to an incredible forest moon, complete with mountains in the distance and a green jungle overhead. They'll hide, play, and finally sleep in their treehouse bunk beds, then use the twisty slide to transport happily back to earth.

The second out-of-this-world haven is the Secret Planet room, where the kids can imagine themselves on a yellow planet in a galaxy far, far away. Vivid wall art, ladders, and slides will inspire immersive play, while cozy bunk beds hidden within space machinery will have them dreaming of starship battles where the good guys always win.

Finally, on the ground floor you'll find the Undersea Adventure room, this home's special "12th Bedroom" (and easily its most over-the-top and spacious). Stepping inside is like diving to the bottom of the ocean to discover a mesmerizing underwater paradise. Up to six lucky kids will feel like they're sleeping on the ocean floor thanks to the three comfy bunk beds that are tucked away behind kelp and sand, with a perfect view of the surrounding sea life.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full)
Nine additional grownup bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are spread out on the first and second floors—all featuring soothing and sophisticated Organic Modern décor.

On the first floor, discover three conveniently located sanctuaries, including two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, find six more premium bedrooms for adults, each featuring a king bed or two full beds, high-end furnishings, and an en suite bath with plush amenities.

About The Village Orlando
The Village Orlando is the only Homes by Villatel community where every home was designed and developed by Villatel from the ground up. Brand standards aren't retrofitted here — they're built in. Located minutes from Orlando's major attractions, with easy access to I-4 and the 429.

• Guests have access to the Villatel Village Event Center, including fitness classes, food experiences, and ticketed events.
• Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
