Our internet was not working and it was handled quickly all my questions were answered quickly as well home was perfect size for our family of 14’s Christmas vacation pool and hot tub were great Only thing that could be better is a few cleaning supplies to be available for kitchen and bathrooms and more seating in the downstairs area for large families other than that it was a great location and nice home!

Don't spoil your Vacation

I do not recommend this property. It was dirty and very poorly maintained. The furniture was broken, the walls were filthy, and the entire place felt neglected. On top of that, there were bugs and spiders throughout the unit, making it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall, this property is not worth the money or the stay.

Family time away

12 folks fit perfectly in this home, a little crowded in pool. Every amenity was provided, excellent experience! Lots of nature behind the home, we had birds and reptile sightings every day!

School Vacation

The house was located on a quiet piece of the resort which was a gem. A little marsh area out back brought in birds and wildlife. The landacape was beautiful and maintained. This house offered us privacy and a large covered out door area. Big beds, plenty of bathrooms, and 2 lush living rooms for our group of 14. We did opt for the heated spa and for a grill rental which made this stay more relaxing and fitted for our needs. The house/pool was clean and matched the photos posted. The kitchen had all major appliances and cooking utensils. Some towels and tolietries were provided. We also got to enjoy the club house and resort anemities.Between the water slide to the large pool and the cool lazy river our days off were still super fun. Theres a decently equipped gym. Play structures for small children, and a sandy volleyball court. The resort also offers a variety of events daily! Ideally located we easily reached our destinations in all parts of Central FL. The major beaches are both under a 2hr drive and make for great day trips. Most of the parks are 30 mins or less. Michele was great about communicating any of our needs and check in was easy even with seperate arrival times. All in all we'd stay here again.

Family vacation

The property was open and spacious with enough beds for 16 people. We stayed for two weeks and while there we had some issues with the washing machine and the pool. Both issues were addressed by our host and he saw that they were resolved by the time we left. We took advantage of the community pool because the pool at the house needed a new filter and water was not clear. Our host called for pool service and by the time we left the water was much clearer and cleaner. The house managed to house our family comfortably. The kitchen was well furnished with necessities to cook meals during your stay. The house does need some deep cleaning like the stair handrail and walls. Also, some of the common furniture should be tighten due to frequent use such as the backyard table, dining table and chairs. The upstairs sectional was very comfortable while the downstairs furniture sofas were more worn and lumpy. Overall, the stay was pleasant and it was conveniently located to the Disney and Universal parks. Family who stayed home during the vacation enjoyed the comfort of the smart TVs in majority of the rooms.

Disney Family Trip

The house size was really big and there was plenty of room for all 18 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the adults loved the patio. The location was perfect for getting to the Disney Parks. Our only complaints were that the washing machine would go out of balance every load we did, no matter the size but we did notify the property manager to make them aware and we wish there were more bath towels as there were not enough to accommodate everyone so we were continuously washing them.

In Town for a business conference

Our company was in town for a business conference. The house had plenty of room for a group of 7 men. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Very Misleading

Our stay was very disappointing. The house was very dirty and there were no supplies for cleaning after ourselves. We paid $45 to have the pool and "hot tub" heater turned on and $55 a day to keep it heated and it never went above luke warm. Luckily we had good company and we were not at the property very long. Also, the resort on the property was supposed to be included, but we had to pay when we arrived. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Pool

Stay was great and property beautiful! Only issue was the daily fee that I paid for heat in the pool and hot tub. The water in the hot tub was never hot and we never got to use it with the colder weather we had. Kids were very disappointed!

Family vacation 2023

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days. House was beautiful. Everything was just as the picture showed. The kids especially loved the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable, made it hard to get out of bed. We loved the amenities at clubhouse, which was a short 7 minute walk from the house. Overall we had a wonderful experience here and may definitely book again in the future.

Very nice and spacious.

We had 11 people and slept great, lots of space. Neighborhood was great and clean. The manager jonathon was great and always was responsive. I would recommend it and will stay there again.

Family Vacation

Was a wonderful stay! Size was great with a lot of room for children to play and adults to relax. My only recommendations would be new mattresses in the room with the baby crib. Adult bed very uncomfortable but plenty of other rooms to sleep in. New washing machine, this one is very loud but worked. Please clean and service your grill. Ignore negative reviews of community pool being far. Some of our family walked and it was fine. Not a lot of parking at pool but could drive closer and park on a side street if you have younger children. Would absolutely stay at this resort and house again.

Wow we loved everything about the villa we stayed in .

We would like to thank the property for having my family and I . We had an amazing time not just in Orlando but in the villa we stayed in . It was just as shown on the pictures it was nice & clean very easy check-in my contact person (Michael) was very helpful & very quick with responding if I needed anything. The property even had things that we left at home like a scroller for one of our toddlers. My favorite part was my room which was the one downstairs & the kitchen where we did all our cooking while on our stay we also used the grill which was clean and ready to use . We had a awesome time even going to the pool area in the front of the neighborhood was very easy to check in and very fun & will be using this property again in the future. Thanks for having us .

The house was big and accommodating but definitely needs some tlc in terms of furniture, cleaning and painting, the pool does not get sunshine until late in the day due to the position of the house, management company very responsive when contacted about issues.
