Living space

The open‑plan living area centers around a Smart TV loaded with Hulu Live, Netflix, Disney+ and ESPN, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. A brand‑new air‑conditioning unit keeps the interior cool and comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with high‑end appliances, including an electric range, and a gleaming white countertop bar with two stools. A dedicated coffee bar offers a Keurig machine with capsules and tea packets, ensuring you can craft your perfect cup any time. The dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, providing a bright spot for meals or work.



Bathroom

A custom‑designed bathroom features 100% ring‑spun luxury cotton towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and thoughtful touches such as q‑tips and cotton pads. The space feels both stylish and functional, ready for you to refresh after exploring the city.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a lush backyard where an outdoor dining set seats up to six. Raise the large patio umbrella for shade or lounge in the hammock under the string lights that create a magical evening ambiance. The space is ideal for al fresco meals, morning coffee, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Nestled in College Park, one of Orlando’s most sought‑after neighborhoods, you’re just minutes from craft‑beer bars, breweries, AdventHealth Orlando, the Science Center and the Museum of Art. Winter Park Village is a five‑minute drive, downtown Orlando ten minutes, and the Amway Center and Camping World Stadium also ten minutes away. Disney World, Universal Studios and International Drive are reachable within twenty minutes, putting the best of Central Florida at your fingertips.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
