Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool and spa (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay)

Additionally, there is a private game room equipped with 3 arcades, foosball table, shuffleboard and a TV. The game room also includes a futon couch for an additional guest. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TV. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones.

One of the bedrooms is designed as office space, equipped with a sofa bed for those times when work needs to be attended to during your vacation. The house also includes a private cinema with a large screen, projector, and recliners for enjoying your favorite movies!

For your convenience, there is a bedroom located on the first floor with a full private bathroom, and a sofa bed.

• Free Parking: 2 cars on the driveway. Additional free parking on the street (first come, first serve).

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• We offer Pool and Spa heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
