Welcome to your new home away from home! This stunning single-level property boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for relaxing with the family. The cheerful modern decor is sure to brighten your day, and the property is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer, and TVs in all bedrooms.

This property is located in a gated community that provides free parking, ensuring that you and your family will be safe and secure throughout your stay.

Beautiful 4 bed 3 bath home located in the gated community Approximately 20 minutes to all Disney World Theme parks and main attractions. The home is designed with a luxurious Porcelain tile throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
** No Parking inside the garage…

*POOL HEATING: Can be added as an additional service to the reservation. It is an additional $30/night and has to be there for the entire stay. Please give us notice 48 hours prior to check in date.

*PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval.

*Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee.

*Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

*** No Smoking/No vaping inside the house… There will be a $500 fee assessed to any guest smoking inside the home.

*** There will be a late check out fee assessed to guest who does not vacate the home by check out time. The late fee is $100 per hour past the check out time of 10am.

Perfect home for a group stay

This home is beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. The listing was accurate and the hosts communication was prompt. Check-in was easy. We only stayed for one night, but it seemed to be stocked with the basic necessities. Bedding was comfortable, and there were plenty spaces to lounge both inside and outside.Just some FYI on location - we were in town to go to Aquatica and prior, I googled the time from the park to the home and it was 20 mins, however, depending on what time of day you leave, the traffic will make that much longer. We left the park at close - 6pm and it was over an hour to get there. Still no bearing on the home experience, we would definitely book again.
