I have stayed at this resort multiple times and always enjoyed the property, however this time it was different. Issues included broken items in the home, closet door of the hinge, red paint stains throughout the unit, burned lounge chair, broken steps on the stairs, and a dirty pool with cigarette butts.

The unit itself was amazing, very clean and modern. The issue is with they are still under construction and the community pool is not done yet. We were there during the Fourth of July holiday and they were a lot of gas making a lot of noise throughout the night.

Arrived at the property after a long flight. On looking around the accommodation we found bed linen stained, kitchen worktops dirty, floor dirty, fridge dirty. Patio doors to the pool jammed and the doors not on the track and couldn’t be opened. We were moved to another property. Last thing that we wanted after a very long flight.

A casa é novinha e linda, mas o condomínio ainda não tinha portaria e nos sentimos muito expostos. As garagens não são numeradas, então normalmente a vaga em frente à casa estava ocupada. A água quente é limitada e, se estiverem em muitas pessoas, o que é de se esperar já que a casa tem 6 quartos, os últimos a utilizarem o chuveiro tomarão banho frio.

Very quiet inside the property with only occasional noise from other guests. Each room has a smart TV and a comfy bed. Design is modern and minimalist. When all construction is finished it will be lovely. As of April 1, 2024 there was a lot of road construction close to the property causing congestion and delays accessing it. Groceries are walkable although no one seems to walk in Florida! Note: There is no BBQ and pool is unheated

Clean but multiple damages

The interior of the property was clean, but not well maintained. Multiple damages to the interior of the condo. As a person who notices small details of anything, I was able to notice a lot of errors within the unit. Location is in a decently quiet area, but somewhat far from Orlando. What should have been a 20-30 min drive to Orlando turned out to be a 40-50 min drive everyday, due to the construction occurring near by the property location.

There is still a lot of construction going on around the property. The front roads are all under construction. That’s not the worst part. We booked the house for 7 days, they only stocked us with 2 trash bags and 1 box of tissue in one of the bathrooms was stocked. 4 bathrooms and only 1 had a box of tissue in the tissue holder. The other 3 were empty. The main master bedroom was missing a comforter. It only had a flat sheet and some cover. I reached out to Vacasa and they told me that it was my responsibility to get more trash bags as they only stock the house with the basics.
