Basic clean condo with good beds and bathrooms. Very good location. Roku tv system a little hard to manage to get to commercial Spectrum TV. Wi-Fi very good. Some difficulty getting through unmanned gate as reader was not working well. Took a 9 min walk to a beautiful free pool and water park at Hideaway Club in Storey Lake.

The property is not pristine, but generally clean. The house itself is large and spacious. Lots of room for our group of ten. The pool and patio are small, but it worked for us. We had an issue with the patio door handle and the property managers got back to me right away. All in all it was a good experience.

Family Reunion

We loved being able to be together as a large family unit at the clubhouse/lazy pool. There was plenty of space in the home and close location to may stores. Close proximity to the airport, universal, Disney and the LDS Temple. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Mixed feelings…

The property was just as pictured and we really enjoyed the home. It fit our needs perfectly and was well located. Unfortunately this house is actually booked with a third party group through VRBO and I did not enjoy the experience at all. There were a million rules & regulations to read through. A million hoops to jump through. Email a selfie, a picture of your ID, a picture of the card used to book. A VERY high security deposit which you won’t see back on your card for at least 7 days. Ridiculous. Then after signing fifty times on their contract and emailing all pictures during the initial booking- the day before the vacation they requested EVERYTHING again. They promote communicating with them through their guest portal but I repeatedly sent messages and never received ANY reply. I sent an email the night I checked in to ask how tor adjust the a/c and never received a reply. Office hours to call are usual business hours so good luck getting help after 5 pm. Aside from this they repeatedly send emails warning you to be careful and not damage anything and lists of all their charges from a hand towels to a minute past check out time being charged by the hour. The icing on the cake was being asked to take our bags of garbage and drive somewhere in the middle of the community to discard them. Also, put your towels to wash. They should be paying me at that point. It was very stressful and I felt terrified the entire stay there.

Not as advertised

Dirty, very dirty. Lots of broken stuff within the home. I messaged the property management and they just said they would make note. Seeing how they charged me a very large refundable deposit I wasn’t ok with that. Several broken lamp shades, exposed electrical wires on the chandelier, the handle on the sliding glass door was broken, the picture on the wall in kitchen wouldn’t lay flat and kept falling, the bracket on the curtain road in one room was bent down, the walls were absolutely filthy and we found several locations where trash had been left behind from other renters. The main reason that I have a problem with all these issues is because they charge me a large refundable deposit plus the advertisement said stunning, five bedroom home absolute false advertisement!

Terrible property management

When we arrived at property on Saturday, everything was fine. That evening the alarm started going off and we were unable to get in touch with anyone until Monday morning. Website states guest services 24/7 but we went to front gate, left messages, etc. and no response until 11:00 Monday morning. I asked for some type of credit since we had to listen to an alarm sound from Saturday to Monday and all they offered was to stay later on our checkout day. Unapologetic. Terrible property management. Will not stay at this property again

House was beautiful and spacious. Only wish was for kitchen to be better stocked for larger families. Plenty of plates, mugs and wine glasses, but short on cookware (none large enough for family of 14), and plastic cups for children. . Other than that it was great!

Very Nice Place for Family

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It's clean and very updated. Could use a few more dishes/pans if you are a family that cooks. I have stayed in Storey lake half a dozen times, by far the cleanest pool we have had yet. Thank you Storey Lake and Bruno and his team. Perfect house for family and friends!

The location was good close to restaurants, shopping centers, not to far from the theme parks those are all the great things, the house in general was spacious nice set up, but a couple of broke things like microwave door handle, closet door, cabinets, dirty sheets, little things I did take pictures as soon as we got there so we didn't get blame, then out of nowhere a repair man showed up without even giving us or receiving a notice. The weekend became like a college campus no parking spots available, loud music all night, college kids out in the neighborhood dancing on the front lawn, looks like everyone was allowed in the resort even tho this was suppose to be a gated community and it had a security guard at that.

Dirty Home

It was not cleaned very well at ALL, we hand no wash clothes in non of the bathrooms. I called the company/PM and advised and no one took the time to call me back or come over to clean. I visit this area a lot and would NEVER rent again from this company.
