Property location was perfect for everywhere we planned to visited while in Florida. The house accommodated our large family and provided enough room for everyone to stay comfortably. The kids loved the pool. We did have a few issues with houses during our stay but was able to reach out to property management and resolve those issues within a timely manner to make our stay more comfortably. Overall, we would recommend this house and come back in the future.

We could not have been happier with this house! It was absolute perfection! We chose this rental for our family of 13. Grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. The property was a vacation in itself. The clubhouse is fantastic. It was a short walk as described to enjoy the incredible amenities. It was a very short drive to Disney, Disney Springs, and Universal. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out in the home or hang out together. Hosts were super responsive. Would rent this again in a second!

We had a party of 8 adults and stayed for two weeks. The house is great: clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone, and close to the Disney and Universal theme parks. Every couple or single in our group had their own bathroom, which made it easy for us all to get ready and out the door for rope drop every morning. On the days we took a break from the parks, we had a great time relaxing at the clubhouse and pool area just a short walk away from the house. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions. There are also plenty of nearby shopping options for stocking up on supplies.

Pros:So close to DisneyPlenty of bedrooms and gathering space for our whole familyRoom to park 3 carsRestaurants and shopping close byPrivate pool and jacuzzi. We were glad we paid the extra fee to heat.Cons:Self catering concept means you have to buy extra supplies for vacation like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher. Not ideal. Some of the beds did not have warm enough comforters and there were no extra blankets.Pool towels were in only one of the bedroom closets and it was a search to find them. There weren't very many for a house this large.Jacuzzi was difficult to get in and out of if you aren't young and limber. No stairs, just a drop in from the pool deck. Also, jets were weak.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The price and location were worth it.

Large house close to everything

This house was amazing. It is extremely large and housed our group easily. It is a 2 minute walk to the clubhouse and amenities. Check in and out was seamless. Great communication from the start. Extremely close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and all of the fun things our group wanted to do.

Awesome Home

The write up of this home does not do it justice. Amazing house, spacious, clean and the staff when there was a small issue resolved it right away. We felt safe- it felt like home to us. We would stay here again-loved it. The lazy river etc was great as it always is. We have stayed in this area a few times now and would go back in a heart beat.
