House Rules

* This home is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided to
start.
* No daily housekeeping service is included. Mid-stay cleaning can be
arranged for an extra fee.
* All trash should be placed in the plastic bench daily for
cleanliness.
* A limit of 5 cars is allowed per house.
* Parking street vehicles, boats, or commercial vehicles is not
permitted. They may be towed at the owner's expense.
* Online purchases must be sent via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX as USPS does
not deliver to vacation homes.

Use of Amenities

* Optional pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and
does not function in cold weather.
* The attached spa is not a hot tub; its temperature will match the
pool's.
* The BBQ rental is available at an additional cost.
* Resort amenities are subjected to a one-time fee per house per
reservation.

Please Note: Fees apply on arrival if you wish to use the Solterra
Resort amenities including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides,
Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym. Payable direct to the clubhouse.
