Please NOTE:

*The resort charges a ONE-TIME $35 Amenities Access Fee to use on-site amenities (price is for all guests in the home). It is a one-time charge for your stay and non-refundable. Guests must provide the property address, rental and vehicle information at clubhouse front desk.

*Pool Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

*Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

*Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

*We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

*Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

*Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

*We do provide a complimentary BBQ grill and a starter amount of propane. We do not supply a full tank or unlimited propane. Guests are responsbile for purchasing propane and cleaning the grill after use.

*Pets are NOT allowed.
