The pictures are inaccurate. Upon arrival, 1st noticed, NO COFFEE POT. I ended up having to go back out & purchase one. The manager did have Amazon deliver one later the next day. The master mattress is more like a boxspring - no joke! Though there were two of us- we ended up sleeping on the children's bunk beds in the other room. The bed sheets on all beds were the cheapest sheets I've ever felt. This is not the same LR furniture as pictured. The TV's had so many remotes that we couldn't get ANY to work in the LR. The patio door had missing blinds. The front door had a massive space underneath it - there was a ticking clock on the wall, but the hands never moved. Overall - it served the purpose, but it didn't feel safe. I felt that the manager was doing me a favor by responding to my texts. It's a gated neighborhood and your supposed to have a QR code to access the facilities...we arrived on Saturday - got access code on Wednesday, though the security at the gate & at the pool let us in for days without it. The hot water was a long time coming - I was happy I wasn't paying the water bill. The best thing was the elevator, the parking, the pool & the convenience to all the attractions. I don't usually leave reviews - but it was just OK - nothing special. (Plus - I see now that the box spring issue & the blinds were already mentioned in a review...mngmnt acted like it was new news.The place needs a good scrubbing, a new mattress, clock, blinds, and invest in some linens
