Perfect size space for me and my family. Very clean with access to extra towels and blankets. Kids had fun at the pool as well. Wonderful location close to so many things.

Beautiful property BUT the host was deceiving.

Booked a stay for May 24-26 then inquired if there would be a charge/additional fee if I moved to the following weekend. The host (Victor) took it upon himself to change the reservation for the inquiry dates without confirming that I wanted to change. Once I received notification of the change, I immediately messaged and called him, told him it was just an inquiry and I requested for him to put back to the original date. Immediately he changed back to the original date BUT charged me an additional 40. After NUMEROUS going back and forth, he told me the new charges were place by VRBO. I immediately reached out to VRBO, whereas they informed me that the extra 40 was a charge from the host and the host was the only person capable of removing the extra fee. Over the next couple of days, VRBO and I tried MULTIPLE times to have the host remove the extra charge and he refused, stating the charge was from VRBO. VRBO attempted to contact him several times to ask him to remove the charge and it got to a point where he hung up on them TWICE and then tried blaming it on the reception (not true).After several days of him playing deceitful games and kept pressuring me to pay the final balance which included the extra charge, I refused and arranged for VRBO to refund me all of my payments. FINALLY on the day of check-in about 3:30pm, I’m guessing he realized I wasn’t going to pay the extra charge and would leave him with the unit not rented, so he removed the extra charge SHAMEFUL

Quick trip

This property was just as described. Extremely clean with everything that we needed for our short stay. Modern decor, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and cookware. Communication with the host was very easy and he was extremely responsive. Would visit again!
