This house is only 6.8 miles away from Animal Kingdom Park. This Kissimmee Holiday Rental is located minutes away from Orlando s Walt Disney World and Central Florida s favorite attractions in the exclusive community of Sunset Lakes, Florida. This is a gated community and is close to a wide array of restaurants and shopping malls. The home features a private swimming pool, and a billiards table, and is directly across the street from Sunset Lake s beautiful lake and fishing pier.

Your family will love the ample space in this four-bedroom villa, with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The home offers a King bed in the master bedroom with an in-room bathroom and soaking tub. The family room s flat screen TV and complete entertainment center will give you a place to unwind after a day at the parks. Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this lovely home once before, and we loved our stay this time just as much! The lake across the street has a little pavilion, and it is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day at Disney. The hosts are so helpful, so this property is a win-win! Thank you!

Orlando vaca

The house was in a perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood. Communication between the owners was perfect. From the checking in to check out the process was without problems. The house was well stocked right down to the dog treats, bed and dog dishes the pool was a very nice escape in the afternoon too! We used the grill on the patio and They also had a crock pot which was a very nice surprise!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a phenomenal stay for our children's graduation trip. The host went the extra mileto leave a sweet little note and graduate key chain for our 2 graduates. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

The owner was very cordial and welcoming. He communicated very effectively throughout the process. We loved the spaciousness of the home and we especially loved the warm pool water and game room. A very fun place to stay for kids and adults. Great location.

We had the best time at this home. When booking our trip, we were having a hard time finding a place that didn’t have restrictions on the size of the pets. We needed to take our fur babies with us and due to their size, we always have a hard time. This was the pups first ever vacation and when we arrived, they felt right at home. The owners left treats, food and water bowls and even a bed. Communication with them was prompt and they were very attentive. The home was clean, stocked with all the things you need and to top it off, the pool was perfect. Our family had the very best time and we will be planning another trip in the future for sure. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The lake is beautiful. So many great things to say! Also, no more than a 35 minute drive to all of the parks!

Overall Wonderful

Our stay at this home was wonderful. Mr. Thiago was very inviting to us and our dog. He was in constant contact with us to ensure we were happy and to offer any assistance if needed. The home was lovely and the neighborhood felt safe. We would stay again if in the area.

Thanksgiving 2024

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location, heated pool, spacious kitchen with items for baking (which I used) and comfort beds (we all slept well). Clean and comfortable and nice and we will definitely be back! We all had a wonderful experience including my girl Baylee 🐾 Neighbors were nice, , we walked every day and we had a wonderful time. We are so thankful we found this location. I highly recommend it!

Best Vacation Ever

The house was clean and simple to check in and out. The owners / Managers of the propriety were very attentive with any items / concerns needed. The pool was clean! The location was great to get in and out of the parks. We are hoping to book again for next year’s vacation.

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The property was so clean, very spacious, with lots of rooms, comfortable beds and furniture and so well stocked with everything you need. Neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet! The location is ideal -- so close to the 4 Disney World Parks and other major attractions. The host, Thiago, was incredible!! He was A+ with communicating, quick response, made booking and check in so easy and communicated frequently during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. This our 2nd 7 night stay on this property this year and cannot wait to return soon. We HIGHLY recommend this Vrbo rental!

Spring break vacation

We stayed at this property over our spring break. Location is very convenient to all the Disney parks, local restaurants and groceries. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family. Thiago was VERY responsive with the couple of questions we had. Would stay here again!

Very Nice Area

Great area, not to far from all the attractions. We loved just hanging around the house and enjoying the swimming pool as well. Owner stayed in contact through messages to see if we needed anything at all, we loved the stay. I would highly recommend this property. Very spacious and comfortable.

Great Villa superb manager

Really enjoyed our stay - this is the second time we have stayed at this property and the reason we returned apart from it being very clean and comfortable is the manager Thiago.
