This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a Homeaway... The house was not ready to receive our party, it was full of dust and must. . The old outdated decor reflected the moldy smells.... Many of us broke out in rashes, hives and I had my own bout with laryngitis due to the allergic reaction to the excess dust and dust mites... I called the Mgmt. Office and Margie told me Jen the property manager was off and not available... she was not sure how to help me but in the meantime, she would send a cleaning crew the next day... the ladies that came out tried to improve the situation, but the house was in need of DEEP cleaning... They tided up and threw out the garbage as well as dust some of the furniture, but there was not much of a difference....In the end I was told I would be reimbursed for the cleaning fees, and NOT CHARGED the mid-week, cleaning .. REALLY?? Were they thinking of charging the mid-week cleaning?? Unreal!!! After all my friends and I endured, not even able to access the TV... we should have been given at least a night's credit as well all reimbursements....oh, but wait... they were extra generous tho (being sarcastic, they did allow for a late check out.... wow... who's going to pay the allergy meds I had to buy and the days I suffered without a voice??.... BEWARE, DONT LET THE POOL FOOL YOU.... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!
