The Space:

From the covered balcony you can watch golfers glide across the green, a gentle backdrop to your coffee ritual. The soft hum of the resort’s pool and gym invites you to unwind at your own pace, while the quiet rhythm of the neighborhood lets you recharge after a day of theme‑park adventures. Evenings drift by under subtle lighting, offering a calm retreat after the excitement of Orlando’s attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo features three bedrooms designed for privacy and comfort. Bedroom 1 holds a king bed, bedroom 2 a queen bed, and bedroom 3 two full beds. Fresh linens and essential bedding are provided, creating a ready‑to‑sleep haven for up to six guests.



Living space

A spacious, open‑plan living area welcomes you with ample seating, a flat‑screen TV, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. Ceiling fans and air‑conditioning keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while large windows frame the view of the Reunion Golf Course.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, generous counter space, and all the standard cooking tools you need for quick breakfasts or home‑cooked meals. A dining table seats the whole group, making shared meals easy and enjoyable.



Outdoor living & resort facilities

Step onto the covered balcony to enjoy a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, with the golf course stretching out before you. As a guest you have shared access to the resort’s pool and gym, perfect for a refreshing swim or a workout without leaving the property.



Conveniences & access

Inside the unit you’ll find a washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays. Self‑check‑in is handled through a smart lock, and free on‑site parking adds everyday convenience. Stays of 28 days or more are welcome, giving you flexibility for extended visits.

Situated in Reunion, Kissimmee, the condo places you within easy reach of Central Florida’s top attractions, including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. After a day of thrills, return to a calm, light‑filled home base where the resort setting and golf‑course views invite you to slow down and savor your getaway.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
