The Space:
Morning light pours through wide windows as you step into a calm, open living space, with views stretching out toward the Reunion Golf Course. You can sip coffee on the covered balcony while watching golfers move across the greens, then ease into the day at an unhurried pace. Evenings are just as relaxed, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and the quiet rhythm of a resort setting surrounding you.
This entire rental unit is set within Reunion, Kissimmee, offering a well-laid-out condo designed for comfort and everyday ease. Natural light fills the large living area, creating a welcoming place to unwind after time spent exploring nearby attractions like Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, or Universal Studios. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable year-round in Florida’s consistent climate.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo features three bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged for rest and privacy. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is set up with two full beds. Bed linens and essentials are provided to help you settle in comfortably.
Living space
The main living area is spacious and open, making it easy to relax, watch TV, or plan the next day’s activities. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners. The space includes standard cooking amenities and a dining table, making shared meals simple and convenient. Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space add to the functionality.
Outdoor living & resort facilities
Step outside onto the covered balcony, which overlooks the golf course and offers a peaceful place to sit at any time of day. The property also provides access to shared resort facilities, including a pool and gym, adding extra ways to unwind or stay active during your stay.
Conveniences & access
A washer and dryer are available inside the unit, ideal for longer visits. Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, and free parking on the premises adds everyday convenience. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
This Reunion condo offers a comfortable home base close to Central Florida’s major attractions, paired with a relaxed golf-course setting that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy your time away.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:
-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;
-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;
-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;
-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;
-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;
-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;
-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.
IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.
Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.
The Neighborhood:
Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
