While at Margaritaville, you’ll be just half a mile from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to an abundance of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the Island H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Just for the adults, the Formosa Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland, among all the rest.
The home’s vibrant coral exterior is a welcoming sight, signaling the sunny days ahead as you step through the doors and into the stylish interior. Tall ceilings sit atop open spaces designed for connection and relaxation, illuminated in bright, natural light from the large, picture windows. Sink back into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV.
The stylish kitchen is ready to assist in all your mealtime endeavors, with upgraded stainless steel appliances, glossy quartz countertops, and natural wood cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. Snack on a spread of hors d’oeuvres on high-top stools at the island, gather around the dining table for a formal family style meal, or head out to the back patio to dine al fresco in the fresh air as you bask in the tranquil surroundings. When cocktail hour comes calling, fire up the margarita mixer for a refreshing homemade blend that will put you in just the right kind of mood.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms feature convenient USB wall outlets, making it easy to keep your devices charged and ready.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. No commercial, oversized vehicles, or trailers.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. A daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• This is a 2-story home, so stairs are required.
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
HOUSE RULES
1. No access to fins up club amenities!!
2. This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs
3. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
4. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
5. Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.
6. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
