Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). This wonderful vacation home is located in the very well-maintained and prestigious community of Calabay Parc (17-20 min to Disney). The property got recently upgrade with contemporary furniture. You will enjoy the spacious 4 bedrooms (2 with ensuite), the pool and the spa (both can be heated against additional charge), and the nicely private pool deck with tropical trees. There is a big screen TV in the main lounge (wifi connected TV with cable but also with apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime... that you can use with your own credentials). There are TV's in 3 other bedrooms (only the kids/twin bedroom does not have a TV). It's close to all main restaurants (2-5 min drive) and to the parks and supermarkets (Walmart: 7 min - Publix: 5 min drive). The perfect property to entertain both adults and children. Don't wait... book this home for your next vacation.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

The property is in nice shape and very clean. My only complaint would be that the teflon pans are very scratched and should be replaced. Beware of the I4 traffic it is bumper to bumper between the house and Disney. Otherwise the area is great with every possible service and restaurant nearby.daily.

House was cozy and clean. Perfect size. Kitchen with nice layout. Check in and out easy. Our pool did not warm up after calling to request it. No one was available over the weekend to address it. ice machine did not work either.

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The property is as described. The managing team is responsive, kind, and very easy to work with. The property management team provides some starter supplies (e.g. little soap bars, a few laundry pods and a few dishwasher pods, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom), and you can buy the rest on your own. One thing you may want to note is that this property only has an individual type of coffee maker. So, when buying supplies, don't make the mistake we made of buying regular, ground coffee and filters. Also, the location is good for an off-property Disney stay. Groceries are close at hand. However, one should note that the Orlando area has grown substantially without the infrastructure to support that growth. Expect substantial traffic and delays getting to the airport, Disney, anywhere. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. We never had difficulty with noise or any other issue with the neighborhood. The streets are narrow, so there is need to be careful with neighboring homes that may have guests who park on the street. The neighborhood is not gated and has a little guard house but no guard if that is important to you. The furniture in the home is as pictured. The queen size beds (2) were not as comfortable as we hoped. The king and twin beds were very comfortable. Overall, in the refurnishing, it doesn't appear the mattresses were replaced. Or, perhaps the king and twin mattresses were replaced. Also regarding the refurnishing, I would like to mention that the furniture is extremely lightweight. I could move the entire queen bed (mattress and platform / headboard) easily with one arm. This is not really a deal but it may be important just to be mindful getting into the bed if there isn't a rug under it as the bed tends to slide across the floor. The tile floor can also become extremely slick when wet or even from the Florida humidity. If falling is a potential risk for one of your family members as it was for ours, it may be that another home is best for you. This home is lovely, but both my son and 80 year old father took pretty hard falls. If you are a family or group with no worries regarding mobility issues, this shouldn't be an issue for you, but you should be careful on the floors. We all slid around a bit. Overall, it's a nice, clean property where a family can have a very nice stay. Just be very careful of the flooring.

Beautiful updated home really makes you feel like your on vacation and was so relaxing. Neighborhood is great. Pool was well maintained. We would definitely recommend to others.
