Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two king bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and ceiling fans, with one offering direct pool access through sliding glass doors. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room with two single beds, ideal for children. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

Living and entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is a highlight, offering a 65 inch HDTV, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, and board games for all ages. Smart TVs are available throughout the home, and fast wifi (287 Mbps) with a dedicated workspace supports streaming or remote work.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, along with a dining table for shared gatherings. A coffee maker, cooking essentials, and barbecue utensils are available, making it easy to dine in or enjoy outdoor meals.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard featuring a screened-in pool and spa, available year-round, with optional heating. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a dining area create a comfortable space to relax and enjoy Florida’s warm climate. A private BBQ grill is also available.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
