External security cameras are installed at the front door, driveway, and pool equipment for guest and property safety. These are not actively monitored, and no cameras are located inside the home.

✹ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request.

✹ PEST CONTROL
Our home is professionally treated regularly, but occasional tropical bugs are a reality of Florida's climate. If you notice any issues, notify us immediately, and our pest control team will handle them promptly.

✹ PACKAGE DELIVERY
Packages can be delivered during your stay, but note that USPS does not deliver to vacation rental homes. Use carriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx for doorstep delivery.

✹ TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to weather or travel delays, as refunds cannot be issued for such events.

✹ COMMUNITY POLICIES

* Due to HOA restrictions, a maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted per property.
