Great place for a group trip
We rented this house to celebrate 2 birthdays with 7 couples. Every couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and plenty of space to hangout in the kitchen/living room area. The pool area also offered plenty of seating and was large enough for all 14 of us to enjoy the day. The house was very clean. The Sunset Walk area, which was about a mile walk, was a lot of fun. We enjoyed dinner/drinks and live music. I would definitely rent in this area again. There was an issue prior to checking in but Daniel took care of it which was very much appreciated. I totally understand things happen. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication. I had a few questions which I had inquired about several weeks prior to the trip and never got a response via email/text/phone call until two days before our trip. Since there was no reviews it concerned me and no response made me nervous. That should be an easy fix. All in all we had a great time and the house was perfect for our larger group.
